CapitaLand Investment has named Quaiser Parvez as Chief Executive Officer for its India business. The move adds strength to the company’s leadership team as it continues building its presence in one of its most important growth markets.
Parvez carries more than twenty years of experience in real estate, covering platform leadership, capital markets, corporate governance and operations. Through his career, he has guided the growth and management of several well-known office portfolios and Real Estate Investment Trust platforms in India.
In his new position, Parvez will run CapitaLand Investment’s India operations and shape the company’s strategic direction across business parks, data centres and logistics.
